Introducing one of our proudest creations — the Blackwolf Designs 3D Printed Fender Badges for the Ford Fiesta ST180.
As far as we know, these are the only ST180 fender badges in the world specifically designed to follow the actual shape AND curvature of the Fiesta ST180 fender.
And we didn’t get there by accident.
These badges were meticulously designed, measured, modelled and refined to sit naturally against the fender instead of simply sticking a flat badge onto a curved panel. Every angle, contour and curve was considered to create a badge that looks like it was always supposed to be there.

The design takes inspiration from the aggressive Ford Focus RS-style fender badge, reimagined specifically for the Fiesta ST180.
The result? That unmistakable RS-inspired look, transformed into something that complements the lines of the ST180 and gives the side profile a completely different personality.
They look so at home on the car that you’d be forgiven for thinking Ford put them there from factory. 😏

Each badge features a 3D printed ABS base, chosen for its durability and ability to handle the conditions experienced on a vehicle.
The centre design is then finished with a premium UV resin gel inlay, adding depth, gloss and that signature Blackwolf finish. 💎
