Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Where a customer voluntarily submits or sends photographs, videos, reviews or testimonials to Blackwolf Designs for the purpose of sharing, reposting or promotion, the customer grants Blackwolf Designs permission to use that content for those purposes, subject to applicable law.

A customer may subsequently contact Blackwolf Designs regarding marketing material containing their personal information. We will consider and action valid requests in accordance with POPIA and applicable law.

5. CUSTOM DESIGNS AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT

Customers may provide Blackwolf Designs with names, logos, vehicle details, artwork, photographs, designs or other content for the purpose of creating customised products.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission or rights to provide such content to Blackwolf Designs.

We may retain reasonable records of completed custom work for order history, customer support, manufacturing records, quality control, dispute resolution and legitimate business purposes.

6. WHATSAPP AND SOCIAL MEDIA
